Mythological Denizens of the Western Coastal Fjords

There are many beasts and critters said to roam these coastal woods. Legends tell of a small impish fiend, prone to mischief on the very blusteriest of days.
Whether there is any veracity to this claim, has yet to be proven.
But I say, it’s a large wood, full of mystery, and one can’t be too quick to rule out the incredible.
And yes, I read all of the above out loud with an odd accent as I typed it.
